At The Edge School of Performing Arts in Oakville, students are exposed to the school’s high-energy, creative and encouraging atmosphere that inspires them to discover their potential.

Through programs such as jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, hip hop, and musical theatre, students have the opportunity to explore and discover their talents. The Edge also offers summer programs in which children not only learn dances in the different disciplines and experience dancing in the school’s studio but also participate in a variety of fun activities. About Our Staff Proud members of the Performing Arts Educators of Canada, The Edge and its staff believe in doing more than teach children to dance; they want to build a student’s self-esteem from within and develop the artist as an individual. Instructor/Artistic Director/Founder: Susan Kasaic is an award-winning dancer and choreographer whose aim is to give all of her students an enjoyable experience and sense of accomplishment. Susan brings dedication to The Edge School of Performing Arts that is reflected in the quality of the programs, events and facility. Her aim is to give all her students an enjoyable experience and sense of accomplishment at having done their personal best.
As Artistic Director, Miss Susan’s responsibilities are the creative decisions with the dance team program and recreational programs, providing opportunities for growth and mentorship for Edge dancers and fostering a vibrant Edge community. Miss Susan looks forward to working with the dancers and watching them shine in class and on stage 💫 Edge Alumni Graduates of The Edge School of Performing Arts have achieved remarkable success in the world of dance. Many have joined prestigious University/College Dance Teams excelling as both members and leaders, with some even taking on roles as Choreographer and Team Captain. Their journey doesn’t stop there; upon graduating from University, they continue to fuel their passion as Dance Instructor / Educator at The Edge School of Performing Arts and volunteer at Edge events along side their Professional Career. The Edge Alumni are always pumped to come back through our doors and rally behind the dancers and Edge Community! 🙌🎉
