Package Description: Dance Fever Pizza Party:
2-hour party booking.
From setup to cleanup, we’ve got it all covered to ensure you have a stress-free and memorable time.
Cost and What Is Provided:
$381.25 + tax for up to 12 dancers including the birthday dancer. Additional kids $25 + tax.
1. Full use of the facility
2. We setup and cleanup
3. We provide invitations that you are welcome to use4. 15min early entrance for you to prepare to welcome your guests
5. You select the theme for the table cloth and some decorations that we provide. Example: Paw Patrol/Specific Colour Theme 6. Decorations Provided Are: (a) Eight balloons in solid colours to match the theme (if available two balloons with the image or wording of the theme will be placed on the main table, if it works with our budget) (b) One themed table cloth for the main table (c) One solid coloured table cloth for the cake table (d) Themed plates for pizza and cake for each child attending (e) Themed napkin for each child attending (f) Cutlery for cake for each child attending (g) Table and chairs to accommodate each child attending7. Circular shaped cake/cupcake stand 8. Knife for cutting the cake and lighter for lighting the candles9. A scrapbooking craft for each child attending10. Dance lesson and activities for each child attending11. Printed photo for each child attending 12. Two squares of pizza for each child attending (From our experience, this is a well-sized serving for most children. You are welcome to bring additional light snacks)13. A bottle of water for each child attending14. Instructor leads craft, dance lesson, activities and supervises the disco dance party. Song requests can be made in advance or during the party
What you need to bring: The only thing we ask you to bring is the cake/cupcakes and candle(s).
What you are welcome to bring in addition to cake/cupcakes and candles:
- You can bring loot bags for your guests to take home. - You can bring light decorations like a helium balloon bouquet, or themed banner, but please keep additions minimal.- You can bring light snacks, such as a veggie tray, for the parents and children. Please provide plates and cutlery for any additional snacks you bring, and ensure all items are peanut and tree nut free.- You may bring juice boxes and "coffee to go” carry tote or Thermos/Carafe (no coffee machines or kettles); however, you are responsible for providing the cups, milk, and sugar.
Party Schedule Example:First 15 min approx. - We start with a scrapbooking craft for each child attending. This way guests that arrive late don't miss the dance lesson and activitiesNext 45min approx. - Children attending enjoy a high-energy dance lesson and activities, followed by a group photo that is printed onsite and added to each child’s scrapbook.Next 30min approx. - it's time for pizza and celebrate with cake!Time left in the booking time slot - Free time dancing with disco lights for each child attending supervised by instructor

Booking Process:
*All Bookings are First Come First Serve
1. Submit the Booking Form Agreement
2. When The Edge Admin Team Accounting Department receives the form, an invoice via Square will be emailed
3. Submit Payment of $381.25 + tax for up to 12 dancers including the birthday dancer to book your party.
- A week before the party, our team will reach out confirming if there are any additional kids. Additional kids are $25 + tax. If a sibling of a child that is already attending shows up and wants to join the party, payment for additional child still needs to be made on site by yourself or the child’s parent before child participates.
*Remember - Booking is not guaranteed until payment is received*
If payment is not received within 24hours of receiving invoice, invoice will be cancelled and your spot will be given to the next person booking a birthday party.
Frequently Asked Questions:
- Yes, parents are welcome to stay to watch or drop off and pick up. At drop off be sure to gather contact information from parents who are not staying, in case they need to be reached during the party.
- Pizza that comes with the package is for the children attending only. We’re unable to place orders for additional pizza. If you’d like extra, you’re welcome to arrange it on your own and provide plates and napkins for the additional pizza.
- On Friday’s, we have regular classes from 4:00-9:00pm, this is why we don’t run birthday parties on this day,- On Saturday’s our regular classes run from 9:00am-12:30pm, this is why party bookings start at 1:00pm,- We are closed on Sunday’s.
- There is no reduction in price should your party be less than 12 children or if some children don't participate fully in dance lesson, activities or dance party.
Birthday Party Policies
