Cancellation Policies
The Edge School of Performing Arts (The Edge Performing Arts Inc.) adheres to strict cancelation policies.
1. In the case you do need to cancel 10 day before the start date of the Session, you must submit your request to The Edge School of Performing Arts (The Edge Performing Arts Inc.) by email to TheEdgePA@icloud.com.
(a) Session Cancellation Policy for Recreational Programs *There are no cancellations from 10 days prior to the start date of the Session as your dancer is filling a spot, class size is small and there is no guarantee the spot can be replaced. Recreational Programs, Sessions are not a full year commitment.(1.b) Session Cancellation Policy for Dance Team Programs *There are no cancellations from 10 days prior to the start date of the Session as this program is by invite only and your dancer is filling a spot, there is no guarantee the spot can be replaced(1.c) Session Cancellation Policy for Adult Dance Class: *There are no cancellations, no exceptions. This program is a short commitment minimum 2 classes with limited space.
2. Any Cancellation prior to the 10 days before start date of the Session are subject to $75 Cancellation Fee per Dancer plus 3% processing fee. In the Case you need to cancel you must submit your request to The Edge School of Performing Arts (The Edge Performing Arts Inc.) by email to TheEdgePA@icloud.com. Once notice is received, refund process will commence. The administration fee covers the cost of readjusting the spot taken on the roster, readjusting the available spots on the website, processing the refund and the cost of a spot taken when there is no guarantee the spot can be replaced.
3. Allow 30 days for a refund to display on credit card statement. Refunds are issued to the card that was used to make the purchase.
4. Requests made via social media, or personal messages are not considered valid for cancellation request.
5. Administration Fees are non refundable.
6. Dance Team Hip Hop with Guest Choreographer Cancellation Policy: 1.There are no cancellations from 10 days prior to the start date of the Choreography Date. 2. Any Cancellation prior to the 10 days before start date of the Choreography are subject to $40 Adjustment Fee plus 3% processing fee as dancer is registered taking a spot and choreography has been set with your dancer in the routine. 3. In the Case you need to cancel Hip Hop Guest Choreography Routine, you must submit your request to The Edge School of Performing Arts (The Edge Performing Arts Inc.) by email to TheEdgePA@icloud.com. Once notice is received, refund process will commence. Administration fees are non refundable. 4. Allow 30 days for a refund to process.
7. If you cancel a private lesson - 24 hour notice must be made or you are charged full session amount.
8. If you have more then one dancer registered and one dancer cancels, there is no transferring of fees.

Choreography Routine Cancellation Policy:1. There are no cancellations from 10 days prior to the start date of the Choreography Date. The spot taken has been paid to the choreographer and the choreography has been set with your dancer in the routine. 2. Any Cancellation prior to the 10 days before start date of the term are subject to $40 Adjustment Fee as dancer is registered taking a spot and choreography has been set with your dancer in the routine. 3. In the Case you need to cancel Choreography Routine, you must submit your request to The Edge School of Performing Arts (The Edge Performing Arts Inc.) by email to TheEdgePA@icloud.com. Once notice is received, refund process will commence. Administration fees are non refundable. 4.
