Sanitation PracticeProfessional deep cleaning and sanitize products used for the entire facility before / after operating hours and at certain times between classes. Our floors are steam mopped on a regular basis. The Edge School of Performing Arts uses Victory Innovations Electrostatic Sprayer and hospital grade disinfectant that is VOC Free, Fragrance Free, Hypo Allergenic, Non-Irritating to Skin. Sanitizer is available in the foyer and the classroom.
Not Feeling Well / illness Policy:
1. Dancers/siblings of a dancer/household member of a dancer are not to enter facility from 7 days of onset of symptoms. Stay home and rest for 7 days from onset of symptoms of but not limited to RSV, runny/stuffy nose/ congestion/cold, cough, whooping cough, sore throat, headaches, fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, croup, strep throat, head lice, stomach bug, sinusitis or any contagious virus. Seek medical attention if symptoms are not improving.
If COVID test is positive or negative; dancer/sibling of dancer/household member of dancer are not to entery facility from 7 days of onset of symptoms. Wear a mask in facility for 7-10 days from onset of symptoms. Negative COVID Test does not permit early return in order to eliminate the possibility of a false negative and to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
2. Dancers that are not feeling well due to food sensitivity / allergies and symptoms can return to class when symptoms have ceased for 24-48 hours.
3. No make up classes, pro-rate fees or refunds for missed classes due to illness.
