Payment Policy
1.(a)Recreational Program: Once registration form has been submitted and received, you will be emailed an invoice via Square and a follow up email with link to Square invoice from The Edge School of Performing Arts (The Edge Performing Arts Inc. TheEdgePA@icloud.com) Payment must be received within 24 hours from receiving invoice. If payment is not received within 24 hours, invoice will be cancelled and your spot will be given to the next dancer registering for the program you selected. Once payment is received, your dancer is registered.
(1.b) Dance Team is a 36 week commitment, lessons are paid by 3 payments, Fall, Winter, Spring. Once registration form has been submitted and received, you will be emailed an invoice via Square and a follow up email with link to Square invoice from The Edge School of Performing Arts (The Edge Performing Arts Inc. TheEdgePA@icloud.com) Payment must be received within 24 hours from receiving invoice. If payment is not received within 24 hours, invoice will be cancelled and your spot will be given to the next dancer registering for the program you selected. Once payment is received, your dancer is registered. After 1st payment is received, future invoices will be automatically emailed to you two weeks before due date.
2. You can pay securely through the Square invoice that will been sent. Square accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover credit cards and Visa debit cards.
3. No E-transfers
4. The Edge Admin Team Accounting Department system is programmed to close invoices by a set date and time. Payment submitted after this date and time will incur a $60 late fee per invoice as the accounting department will have to reverse their system creating more costs and time.
5. Early Bird is a duration of two weeks allowing sufficient time to make payment. Discount expires on expiry date and time. Invoice is automatically cancelled and a new invoice generated with regular price on expiry date and time. No grace period. No exceptions.
6. Invoice System opens and displays amount owing and invoice details in real time before payment is made. It is the responsibility of the customer to scroll down and read the details outlined on the invoice. Discounts that have expired are displayed as regular price before payment is made.
